Prime Time After School is a performing arts enrichment program at Youth Life Center of the Arts for youth ages 5–15. After school pickup, your child gets homework time, performing arts instruction, and real showcase opportunities — all in one place. We don’t just watch your child after school. We develop them.

We offer seven programs: Martial Arts, Dance (Motion Collective), Academic Support, Music (Mr. C’s School of Music), Chorus, Media Arts, and Arts & Crafts. Homework time and tutor support are built into every student’s daily schedule. Your child can participate in one or several programs depending on your enrollment plan.
Prime Time runs Monday through Friday, with school pickup in the afternoon. Standard hours are approximately 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM, though specific times depend on your child’s school bell schedule and your family’s pickup preference. We’ll confirm exact timing during your consultation.
Yes — transportation is one of our biggest differentiators. We provide school pickup from select Clayton County schools. Ask us during your consultation whether your child’s school is currently on our route.
Prime Time is for youth ages 5–15 who attend traditional school and need a high-quality, arts-rich after school experience. If you’re looking for a program that does more than just watch your child — one that builds talent, character, and confidence — this is it.
Pricing is based on the programs and schedule your family selects. Because every enrollment is customized, we share exact pricing during your free consultation. Scholarship and sponsorship options are available — just ask. Note: Music (Mr. C’s School of Music) includes a one-time $40 materials fee.
Yes — every student gets a dedicated homework block built into their daily schedule, with tutor support available. The goal: your child arrives home having already completed their assignments, so your evenings are free. Academic balance is a core part of what makes Prime Time different from a typical after school program.
Absolutely. Showcase opportunities are a core part of the Prime Time experience. Students perform in recitals, community showcases, and program demonstrations throughout the year. Every child deserves a moment in the spotlight — and we make sure they’re ready for it.
We are committed to a safe and welcoming experience for every child. We accommodate movement breaks, sensory needs, extra transition time, academic modifications, mobility needs, and more.
